1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website vahlavetech.co.za (the "Website") and any purchase of goods or services from Vahlave Quick Tech Solution Pty Ltd ("VQT Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

3. Products and services
We supply technology services (such as websites, mobile apps, business setup and digital marketing), computer hardware and accessories, and business wear. We make every effort to describe and display our products and services accurately. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product or service at any time.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and, where applicable, include VAT.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Where a price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you before processing the order.
- Online payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not store your card details.
- Goods and services remain the property of VQT Solutions until payment has been received in full.
5. Orders and quotations
An order is confirmed once payment has been received or, for services, once a quotation has been accepted and any required deposit has been paid. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment made will be refunded.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes for physical goods are estimates and depend on stock availability and the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

8. Warranties
Computer hardware and accessories carry the relevant manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, including the right to receive goods that are of good quality, in good working order and free of defects.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and the VQT Solutions name and branding, is owned by or licensed to VQT Solutions and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. For development work, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client only upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Privacy and data protection
We respect your privacy and process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We collect only the information needed to process your order, provide our services and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. Payment information is handled securely by PayFast and is not stored by us. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@vahlavetech.co.za.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VQT Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
